Each Honor Hold binder and insert pack is carefully inspected before shipping. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every family to feel proud of their purchase.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email support@honorhold.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved:

• You’ll receive a prepaid return label (for domestic U.S. orders).

• After the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

If your binder arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Please include photos of the damage and your order number so we can make it right quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all families, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used binders, insert sheets, or QR sticker packs

• Digital downloads or subscription services (Achievement Archive QR access, etc.)

• Gift cards

🕐 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days, please contact your bank or card provider.
