Honor Hold Shipping Policy

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
During launch periods, holidays, or pre-order campaigns, please allow up to 5 business days for processing as each order is carefully packed and quality checked before shipping.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

  • Free Standard Shipping — available on all Founder’s Edition orders.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) — USPS or UPS Ground.

  • Priority Shipping (1–2 Business Days) — available at checkout for an additional charge.

Transit times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume or weather delays.

🌎 International Orders

International shipping is coming soon!
For now, we only fulfill orders within the United States, but we’re working to expand access for our Honor Hold families around the world.

🎁 Pre-Orders & Founder’s Editions

If you purchased a Founder’s Edition binder, please note that these items are part of our limited first production run.
Founder’s Edition orders will begin shipping as soon as our inventory clears final inspection and packaging. You’ll receive tracking information the moment your order leaves our facility.

🏅 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with carrier details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once scanned by the carrier.

✉️ Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@honorhold.com.
Once your order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to reroute packages.

🚫 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please email support@honorhold.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help you resolve the issue quickly.
